Services

What we take on, what each practice actually involves, and the tools we reach for. Most projects use three or four of these — we will tell you which ones you need and which ones you do not.

01

Backend & APIs

Clean APIs, sensible data models, and systems that stay maintainable as you grow. Built to carry real load, not just a demo.

We start with the data model, because everything downstream inherits its mistakes. Then clear API boundaries, migrations that run without drama, and the kind of test coverage that lets you change things a year from now without holding your breath.

  • Domain modelling and schema design that survives contact with real usage
  • REST and typed API contracts, versioned so clients do not break
  • Background jobs, queues, and scheduled work that fail loudly and retry sanely
  • Query and index tuning before slowness becomes an outage
  • Django / DRF
  • PostgreSQL
  • Rust
  • Redis
  • Celery

02

Web & Mobile

Responsive web and native-grade mobile for Android and iOS — quick even on budget phones and patchy connections.

Most of India is on a mid-range Android phone and an unreliable connection. We build for that first: small bundles, real offline states, and interfaces that stay usable when the network does not cooperate. If it is fast there, it is fast everywhere.

  • Performance budgets set before the first component is written
  • Offline-tolerant behaviour and honest loading, empty, and error states
  • Accessible by default — keyboard, screen reader, contrast, reduced motion
  • One codebase where that is genuinely the right call, native where it is not
  • Next.js
  • React
  • Flutter
  • Kotlin
  • Swift

03

AI & Automation

AI that does a real job — LLM-powered features, assistants, and automation that remove actual busywork.

We are not interested in bolting a chat box onto a product that did not need one. We look for the repetitive judgement calls your team makes every day, and build something that handles the boring ninety percent while escalating the rest to a human.

  • Retrieval over your own data, evaluated against cases you care about
  • Provider-agnostic architecture so a price change is not a rewrite
  • Guardrails, cost ceilings, and logging you can actually audit
  • Honest scoping — we will tell you when the answer is a database query
  • LLM applications
  • RAG
  • Agents
  • Multi-provider
  • Evals

04

Infrastructure

The right build decisions early, then live and stable — hosting, pipelines, and room to scale.

Infrastructure should be boring. We pick the smallest setup that meets the requirement, automate the deploy so it is uneventful, and leave you with something you or the next engineer can reason about without a consultant on retainer.

  • Reproducible environments and deploys that run from a single command
  • CI that catches problems before your users do
  • Monitoring and alerting tuned so pages mean something
  • Costs sized to your stage, not to a vendor's reference architecture
  • DigitalOcean
  • AWS
  • Docker
  • CI/CD
  • nginx

05

Security & Privacy

Authentication done properly, careful data handling, and protection against the common ways applications break.

Most breaches are not exotic. They are a missing authorisation check, a token that never expires, or personal data kept long after it was useful. We handle the ordinary things properly and keep the data surface small on purpose.

  • Authentication and authorisation reviewed as a whole, not endpoint by endpoint
  • Secrets management and least-privilege access from day one
  • Data minimisation aligned with India's DPDP Act and GDPR expectations
  • Dependency and configuration audits before launch, and after
  • OAuth / OIDC
  • DPDP & GDPR
  • Threat modelling
  • Audits

06

Maintenance & Care

Testing, monitoring, and the follow-through that keeps software healthy long after launch day.

Launch is the beginning of the expensive part. We stay with the codebase: dependency updates, regressions caught early, and someone who already knows why a decision was made when you need to change it.

  • Test suites that are worth the time they take to run
  • Dependency and security updates on a schedule, not on an incident
  • Performance watched over months, not measured once
  • A named person who knows the system, not a ticket queue
  • Testing
  • Monitoring
  • Support
  • Upgrades
