Who operates this site
This website is operated by Hikarit Labs Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India, with its registered office at Indure House, LGF & 2nd Floor, Savitri Cinema Complex, GK-II, New Delhi, Delhi 110048, India.
Throughout this page, we, us and our mean that company, and the site means hikaritlabs.com and the pages published on it.
Agreeing to these terms
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They apply to the website alone — they do not govern any work we do for a client, and they do not govern our products, which are separate services with their own terms.
The content here is information, not an offer
Everything on this site — service descriptions, case studies, capabilities, timelines, anything that reads like a range or an approach — is published to help you decide whether to talk to us. It is general information.
- Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract between us.
- Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, signed by both sides, setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities. Where that agreement and this site disagree, the agreement wins — every time.
- Nothing here is professional advice — technical, legal, financial or otherwise — for your particular situation. Ask us and we will give you a real answer about your case.
- Descriptions of past work reflect what we built at the time. They are not a promise of the same outcome for you.
Intellectual property
The site and its contents — text, layout, design, illustrations, photographs, source code, and the arrangement of all of it — belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other applicable law. Our name, our logo and the marks we use to identify the studio belong to us.
You may read the site, print or save pages for your own reference, and link to it. You may quote a short passage with clear attribution and a link back.
Without our written permission, please do not republish substantial parts of the site, reproduce its design or code in another product, present our material as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected with something we are not. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
The site is public and we would like to keep it that way. Please do not:
- crawl, scrape or automate requests at a rate that degrades the service for anyone else, or ignore the directives in our robots file
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system, or probe, scan or test its security
- interfere with the site's availability, including by flooding it with traffic
- upload, transmit or link to malicious code through any route the site exposes
- misrepresent your identity or imply an affiliation, partnership or endorsement that does not exist
- use the site, or contact details published on it, for bulk unsolicited email or for any unlawful purpose
Ordinary, considerate automated access — a search engine crawler, a link checker, a feed reader — is welcome. We may block traffic that ignores this section, and serious misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Links to other sites
The site links out — to the products we build and run (Sportzzbook, yelefile, yelepaise), and occasionally to other resources. Those destinations are separate services governed by their own terms and their own privacy policies, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end. We do not control third-party sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their practices. Read their terms before relying on them.
Availability and changes to the site
We aim to keep the site up and current, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, move, suspend or remove any part of it at any time, without notice — including taking it down for maintenance.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, and as available. We take care to keep it accurate, but we make no warranty that the content is complete, current or free of error, or that the site will meet any particular requirement. To the extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that would otherwise apply.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it.
This site is published free of charge and forms no part of any contract between us. Our responsibilities for work we are actually engaged to do — and any limits on them — are set out in the signed agreement for that work, not here.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this address, with the effective date below. Using the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms, so it is worth a look if you have not read them in a while.
